We support PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF formats for design uploads. For best print quality, we recommend high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI. Vector files (SVG) are also ideal as they scale without quality loss.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Shopify admin. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, so you'll always get the full value of your current plan until it renews.

You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin under Apps & Sales Channels. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees - you're free to leave whenever you choose.

All designs and images are securely stored on Amazon S3 with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is backed up regularly so you never have to worry about losing your work.
